The center is recognized by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), a program administered by the American College of Surgeons. We are one of only 19 Certified Breast Centers in Massachusetts.
NAPBC accreditation is given to centers that voluntarily commit to providing the highest level of quality breast care. Certified breast centers also comply with standards established by the NAPBC for treating patients diagnosed with breast diseases. A breast center that achieves NAPBC accreditation has shown a firm commitment to offer its patients every significant advantage in their battle against breast disease.
