Our Commitment to a Healthier Community

At Anna Jaques Hospital, we’re committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. Through our Community Benefits work, we partner with residents and local organizations to address community health needs and priorities identified through the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA).

Anna Jaques Hospital's Community Benefits Service Area includes Amesbury, Haverhill, Merrimac, Newburyport, and Salisbury.

Guided by the Community Benefits Advisory Committee (CBAC), Anna Jaques Hospital focuses on addressing the most pressing health needs in our communities. Learn more about our Community Health Needs Assessment and the actions planned to improve community health over the next three years.

Anna Jaques Hospital's Community Benefits efforts are guided by the following principles, which shape how we collaborate, invest resources, and measure impact across our programs and partnerships:

• Impact: Employ evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies that align with system and community priorities to drive measurable change in health outcomes.
