We offer aquatic therapy in the warm water pool of the YWCA of Greater Newburyport at 13 Market Street in Newburyport. The supportive and resistive properties of water allow safe and effective therapy to maximize your muscle and joint function.
If you’ve had a heart attack, had stents placed or have another cardiovascular condition, your cardiologist may recommend cardiac rehabilitation to help you safely return to activity and stay healthy.
