About Dr. Markuns

For more than 15 years, Dr. Markuns has been an attending physician in emergency departments across Massachusetts. In 2009, she received the Distinguished Service Award from the Massachusetts College of Emergency Physicians.

Along with her practice, Dr. Markuns has also worked as an assistant clinical professor of Emergency Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine and Tufts University School of Medicine.
