About Dr. Barnes

Dr. Angela M. Barnes is a graduate of the Kent State University School of Podiatric Medicine. She did her residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery at the Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. There Dr. Barnes held the responsibilities of Chief Resident while she received extensive training in diabetic limb salvage, wound care, and surgical training in forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction.

Dr. Barnes enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and two children. She also loves jazz music and has played both the piano and tenor saxophone since she was a child.
