This class is for pregnant people and their partners. In it, you’ll learn these and other skills needed for the childbirth experience:
- Breathing methods
- Comfort measures
- Relaxation techniques
Topics Covered
It’s ideal to attend this class during the last trimester of pregnancy. We cover a wide variety of topics:
- Anatomy
- Labor and delivery
- Hydrotherapy in labor
- Labor relaxation techniques
- Epidurals and medications
- Cesarean section
- Immediate post-delivery period
- Birth Center postpartum experience
Class Options
We offer three different class options to meet your needs:
- In-Person ONLY All-Day Class as a six-hour, in-person class experience.
- Virtual ONLY Class offers nine-month access to our online Childbirth Class module. It can be completed independently and at your own pace, with no in-class experience included.
- Combination Class covers the online module and attendance at a three-hour, in-person class experience.
