About Dr. Moak-Blest

Dr. Hayley Moak-Blest was born and raised in Newburyport, MA. She attended University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. She received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She returned to Massachusetts to complete her Residency Training at University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. Dr. Moak-Blest is board certified by both the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Moak-Blest has since been practicing family medicine in communities north of Boston since 2011. She recently founded Vitality Family Medicine, a primary care practice in Newburyport.
