About Dr. Rizzo

Dr. Giulia Rizzo is an American Board of Surgery-certified provider specializing in advanced gastrointestinal, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery. After completing her medical education at Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Rizzo finished a General Surgery residency at UMass Chan Medical School, followed by a Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship at Baystate Medical Center.

During her training, she led educational committees for residents and mentorship programs for medical students. Dr. Rizzo has contributed to multiple research projects resulting in publications and is committed to clinical care, provider collaboration, and patient-centered wellness.
