About Dr. Acash

Dr. Ghazwan Acash graduated from Damascus University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. He also completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Lahey Clinic and Medical Center, as well as completing a Fellowship in Interventional Pulmonology.

He is a Diplomate of the American Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology, as well a member of the American College of Chest Physicians.

He was awarded the Lahey Clinic Alumni Association Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in the specialty of Pulmonary and Critical Medicine. Dr. Acash has been practicing for over 20 years and is fluent in English and Arabic. He is Board Certified in the following specialties: Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, and Interventional Pulmonology.

Dr. Acash enjoys cooking, swimming, and likes playing chess, but most of all spending time with his wife and their children.
