About Dr. Knox

Christopher J. Knox, DO is a board-certified otolaryngologist with more than 20 years of experience treating both adult and pediatric patients. He completed his internship and an additional year of general surgery at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, MA, followed by his ENT residency at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, PA, part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center program. Dr. Knox has special interests in pediatric ENT care, including ear tubes and tonsil conditions, as well as nasal airway obstruction and chronic sinus disease.

He approaches patient care with listening, simplicity, and respect, encouraging patients to ask questions and be active participants in their care. Dr. Knox has held leadership roles including Vice President of the Medical Staff, Chief of Surgery, and Chair of the Credentials Committee at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, and has mentored pre-medical students at the University of New Hampshire. Outside of medicine, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, fly fishing, and collecting records.
